Michael Houtz is a New York based freelance art director, editorial designer, and illustrator.
He’s worked for publications like The New York Times Magazine and Esquire. Additionally, his branding experience includes agencies like like The Heads of State, Standard Black, and Pentagram working for partners Emily Oberman and Luke Hayman.
His illustrations have been featured in The Economist, Vanity Fair, The Atlantic, and The New York Times. He’s currently available for commission.
