Michael Houtz 

Michael Houtz is a Brooklyn based art director and designer developing visual identity systems for brands and publications.

He’s worked with Pentagram, The New York Times Magazine, The Heads of State, and Standard Black for clients like Adidas Y-3, Bike New York, Chronicle Books, Condé Nast, Nike, Sub-Pop Records, and Warner Brothers. He graduated from Tyler School of Art, Temple University in Philadelphia, where he’s originally from. 

His work has been recognized by Print Magazine, Graphis New Talent Annual, Creative Quarterly, and Communication Arts Design & Typography annuals. 

Available for small projects and collaborations.
